 Further to my correspondence of 26th November 2020 regarding the above appeal, I advise that this appeal case has been re-started and the process changed to that of a Virtual Hearing by the Planning Inspectorate.

The appeal will now be determined on the basis of a Virtual Hearing. The procedure to be followed is set out in the Town and Country Planning Appeals (Hearings Procedure) (England) Rules 2000, as amended.  Further communication will be sent to you with regard to the hearing date together with detailed arrangements for the virtual event.

We have forwarded all the representations made to us at the application stage to the Planning Inspectorate and the Appellant.  These will be considered by the Inspector when determining the appeal.
